🧰 What We’re Offering:

  • $41–$49/hr base pay, depending on experience

  • 10% commission on installer upgrades you help clients choose - using our guided process

  • Total earnings up to $65/hr for high-performing installers

  • A dedicated high-roof van, set up with:

    • Milwaukee Packouts

    • Stocked materials and supplies

We don’t provide all personal tools - you'll bring your own hand tools and go-to power tools. But your van will be stocked and outfitted to support clean, efficient work.

  • A dependable, mature installer who owns their work - good days and bad

  • Unfazed by dirty work - crawlspaces, attics, old wiring, spider webs, mouse poop - you’ve seen worse and get the job done

  • Great with clients - or open to being trained to walk through options clearly and calmly

  • Comfortable working solo and not afraid to pick up the phone when something feels off

  • Honest about mistakes, calm under pressure, and open to feedback

  • Ready to mentor an apprentice once we’re ready to hire support

  • Wants long-term, local stability - not camp jobs, chaos, or constant shop changes
